  As I researched different doctors and offices in the triad area, Dr. Joseph came highly recommended and knew she would give me a smile I loved. For me, it was about the early stages & that first impression blew me away. From the second I walked into the office at Odyssey Dental, I knew they were going to be the right office. It’s not your typical dentist appointment and rather feels like an experience where you’re truly cared for. I had been in contact with the treatment coordinator, Lakecia and interacting with her in person, sealed it for me. You don’t find that kind of hospitality that Lakecia naturally possesses often and I am thankful she was there to guide me through the process. I can honestly say that Lakecia’s careful mannerisms and professionalism was one of the main reasons I decided to go forward with Odyssey. Thanks for everything Lakecia! From there, it was a smooth experience from scans into the actual procedure. It took a little longer than expected, but there was communication from the staff at every point. I want to specifically shout out Kayla and Shantel for their special work along side Dr. Joseph to give me an epic smile I love. Dr. Joseph is also a class act and knows exactly what she set out to do. She won’t settle for anything less than a smile you truly love. That kind of intention in their business model showed with every person I interacted with. Over the course of my treatment, I genuinely loved going there because they treated me like a friend, not just a client. I couldn’t say better things about the wonderful team at Odyssey.   Far above the typical Dentist office we all grew up with. Everyone,  & I mean Everyone,  is simply amazing people. They are very informative they show you everything.   My husband praised Odyssey Dental Summerfield so much, I wanted to switch up and see for myself. Dr. Cassandra Joseph and her staff were wonderful! Upon arrival I was greeted with a pleasant aroma, soft music AND given a tour of the office which includes a gorgeous waiting area and a low-lit chill room. They offer accommodations to make the clients feel comfortable like pillows, warm blankets, in-room tv access while waiting and so much more!   The absolute BEST dental experience EVER!! The office is pretty and clean, the atmosphere is great, the people are kind, caring and very considerate.  I definitely recommend this dentist.
