  My husband praised Odyssey Dental Summerfield so much, I wanted to switch up and see for myself. Dr. Cassandra Joseph and her staff were wonderful! Upon arrival I was greeted with a pleasant aroma, soft music AND given a tour of the office which includes a gorgeous waiting area and a low-lit chill room. They offer accommodations to make the clients feel comfortable like pillows, warm blankets, in-room tv access while waiting and so much more!   The absolute BEST dental experience EVER!! The office is pretty and clean, the atmosphere is great, the people are kind, caring and very considerate.  I definitely recommend this dentist. They took the time to break down my benefits and helped me make the most of my visits. ❤️❤️ I would rate this dentist, the staff and the office a 20 out of 10. #Nothing has changed...still the best dentist experience ever!!! 4/15/2024 As of 9/9/2026...I still believe that this is the absolute best dental experience EVER!!   What started as a" Smile Makeover" at this office turned into an EPIC NIGHTMARE. I trusted Odyssey Dental to do extensive cosmetic work for a very significant financial investment of over 20k. Unfortunately, the final result did not even come close to what was discussed, proposed nor agreed upon. What made the experience even worse was poor communication, the lack of treatment and billing transparency, and the blatantly dismissive attitude of Dr. Joseph and her staff. Despite my multiple repeated attempts with this office to find a mutually agreeable resolution concerning the poor quality, poor aesthetics and financial loss, I am now left with faulty dental work that cannot easily be redone without further damage to my natural teeth. Please practice due diligence when seeking healthcare providers, as their credentials don't always determine the quality of care you will receive.

  Today I had an absolutely pleasant visit at  the dentist. The whole staff is so pleasant and nice and the office is so clean and they make you feel like family. I resently loss my mom and when I told them I had a sympathy card waiting for me after my visit. One of the best experiences at a dentist office ever.
