  Today, Friday, May 10th, I  had my teeth checked and cleaned at Odyssey Dental. As usual Dr. Joseph and her amazing team took excellent care of me. If you're nervous about going to the dentist , this is the place for you. Everyone there is kind, gentle , respectful and reassuring. They know just what to say and do to ease your fears and make you feel comfortable. I had a pain free, totally pleasant experience. I'm  so grateful for such exceptional care.🫶

Had another exceptional experience at Odyssey Dental on August 25th ! I'm a senior and I have very sensitive gums. As usual, Leticia was thorough but very gentle. I felt relaxed and comfortable while she took her time thoroughly cleaning my teeth. Dr. Joseph was so warm and friendly when she came in for the final check. During my appointment I heard people laughing and sounding so happy. What an uplifting atmosphere! I left the office in such a joyful mood.

  This place was amazing! My first visit was on 9/18 and I was truly impressed. The facility is so beautiful, welcoming, and clean! They have a relaxation room, a comfort menu including things like a warm blanket and snacks to help you truly relax , which is awesome because really, who doesn’t get anxious about going to the dentist??? The staff was sooo friendly and knowledgeable and they put together a nice plan for  my dental journey with them. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit!!  And to top it all off, they had this waiting for me  when I was checking out. My bday was the day before my appointment.  That extra little  touch was the icing on an already amazing cake!!   Wow wow wow....and SUPER WOW!! I had read some reviews and saw videos of this fabulously laid out dental office and wanted to more! Dr. Joseph is such a rare gem in this field!! I am terrified of dentist and have had really bad past experiences. Dr. Joseph calmed all of my fears and for the first time, I felt heard as a human and not just “another patient”. I am so happy that I can now begin getting back on the right track to a beautiful, healthy smile.   As I researched different doctors and offices in the triad area, Dr. Joseph came highly recommended and knew she would give me a smile I loved. For me, it was about the early stages & that first impression blew me away. From the second I walked into the office at Odyssey Dental, I knew they were going to be the right office. It’s not your typical dentist appointment and rather feels like an experience where you’re truly cared for. I had been in contact with the treatment coordinator, Lakecia and interacting with her in person, sealed it for me. You don’t find that kind of hospitality that Lakecia naturally possesses often and I am thankful she was there to guide me through the process. I can honestly say that Lakecia’s careful mannerisms and professionalism was one of the main reasons I decided to go forward with Odyssey. Thanks for everything Lakecia! From there, it was a smooth experience from scans into the actual procedure. It took a little longer than expected, but there was communication from the staff at every point. I want to specifically shout out Kayla and Shantel for their special work along side Dr. Joseph to give me an epic smile I love. Dr. Joseph is also a class act and knows exactly what she set out to do. She won’t settle for anything less than a smile you truly love. That kind of intention in their business model showed with every person I interacted with. Over the course of my treatment, I genuinely loved going there because they treated me like a friend, not just a client. I couldn’t say better things about the wonderful team at Odyssey.
